Initiate Your Request
Log in to your TB Electric account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery back to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
