What is your return policy for electrical components?
You can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety reasons, installed electrical components or items with broken factory seals cannot be returned.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all products sold by TB Electric are authentic and covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Documentation is included in the original packaging.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
